We’re delighted to share a glimpse into Sterling’s world, meticulously curated based on years of studying the best in global hospitality, cutting-edge wellness, and inspired experiences.

Sterling’s is a newly defined private members’ club located in Naples, Florida. The club features exceptional dining, social, rooftop, and wellness facilities.

Set within the Carnelian Hotel, Sterling’s encompasses the entire sixth floor of the building (accessible by members-only,) as well as a second story spa and fitness center, and a seventh floor rooftop level featuring two pools and an al-fresco style restaurant and bar.

Additionally, the Carnelian Hotel, a seventy (70) suite luxury boutique hotel, will occupy and operate on the third, fourth and fifth floors of the building. The Carnelian Hotel is not part of the Club facilities, though guests of the Hotel may have access to the Club facilities, with the exception of the exclusive Members-only sixth floor facilities.

Sterling’s is located directly across from Waterside Shops in North Naples. Due to its short proximity to the beach, Sterling’s provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sterling’s Club is anticipated to be complete and open for use in early 2027.

The path to membership at Sterling’s begins with an expression of interest. Prospective members are invited to submit an application, and the Membership Committee will extend an invitation to those whose vision aligns with the club’s principles. This is the first step toward gaining access to Sterling’s exclusive pre-opening events and unique brand partnerships.

The public may access the ground floor level restaurant, which will offer an elevated lunch and dinner dining experience. Access within the building is reserved for Sterling’s Members and guests of The Carnelian Hotel.
